Health and Care in Horsens Municipality are seeking social and health care assistant apprentices for the cohort starting on that date.

• 25. January 2027 , for you who have a Foundation Course 2 (GF2)

The education lasts 2 years, 10 months.

• 1. February 2027 , for you who have a Social and Health Care Assistant Training

The training lasts 2 years, 4 months.

How does the program look?

· Social and Health Care Assistant main program (2 years 10 months)

· The apprentice position is 37 hours per week

· A good balance between school and on-the-job training

· Varied working hours in day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays

What do you get?

• On-the-job training at care centers, in home care, in psychiatry/dementia and in hospitals
• An on-the-job training supervisor who supports you throughout the program

Who can apply?

You have

• Completed Foundation Course 2 (after August 2017) – where you have Danish at G level and Natural science at E level
• Legal residence and work permit if you are not an EU/EEA citizen
• Can present a criminal record at employment

Transport

You must be able to travel to your training locations yourself – also where public transport does not reach.

• Can work independently and reflectively
• Are positive and curious
• Have IT skills at a user level
