At BJ Entreprise A/S you will become part of a company driven by ambitious employees within construction and civil engineering. We have more than 40 years of experience in the industry and are therefore looking for a project manager for our projects, which are located in Sisimiut where the company is based, and where you will have the opportunity to experience nature up close.

With us you will be part of a medium-sized company employing 50 skilled employees, and we view the size of the company as a strength in relation to delivering high quality in our projects.

Currently we are executing 9 staff housing units for Qeqqata Municipality totalling approx. 1,000 m2 of housing, conversion of the Hospital, Phase 2, approx. 600 m2, and other smaller contracts.

WORK AREAS

You will be responsible for the employees on the projects you manage as well as for materials, etc.

In addition, you will work closely with the company's management throughout the entire process from start to finish.

Therefore you will among other things be responsible for

• Collaboration across the company in connection with project management and processes
• Contact with the client, participation in various construction meetings, start-up meetings, etc.
• Responsibility for ordering materials and equipment
• Supervision/support of employees and handling of subcontractors
• Responsibility for project quality assurance, budgets and schedules

QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking a project manager who has an understanding of the construction and civil engineering industry and who can apply their practical experience in this area. In addition, leading employees should be a natural part of you, and you should be able to work based on motivating and collaborating – both on the projects and in relation to our suppliers and partners.

Therefore we would like you to possess qualifications such as

• Experience in the industry, preferably from a similar position or as a trained tradesperson.
• Good at handling and familiar with the challenges that can arise on construction and civil engineering projects.
