Botilbud Hertughaven is seeking from January 1, 2027 two new colleagues for our multidisciplinary team. These are two permanent positions, as we from the turn of the year have had the opportunity to add extra resources to benefit professional quality and not least the quality for the residents at Botilbud Hertughaven.

About the position

Your workplace and your contribution to the core task

At Hertughaven we work purposefully to support the development and independence of the individual citizen. Our offerings cover both Glashuset (with 24 permanent dwellings under the Danish ALM Housing Act § 105, where § 85 support is provided under the Social Services Act) and our Acute and Assessment Department (14 temporary places under the Social Services Act § 107).

You will primarily be affiliated with Glashuset, where the focus is on creating a stable everyday life in collaboration with the individual resident and their hopes and dreams.

Your main tasks will be to

• Function as a key person for residents with complex support needs and motivate them toward increased mastery of their own life
• Develop inspiring and targeted action plans based on the individual’s hopes and dreams
• Actively contribute to the strong multidisciplinary collaboration

Competence – who are we seeking?

• Educated within one of the relevant professional fields (SSA, Pedagogue or Occupational Therapist,)
• Have experience with - or a strong interest in working with mental illnesses, substance abuse and other social challenges
• Have an appreciative and reflective approach that sees potential in every person
• Are prepared that working with the most poorly functioning people with mental illnesses is demanding work where you are conscious of your own personal boundaries and resources

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with agreement between the trade unions and Sønderborg Municipality.

Framing and practical information

Botilbud Hertughaven is part of Social Psychiatry of Sønderborg Municipality and is located at Østergade 8, 6440 Augustenborg.

The position is 37 hours per week with rotating day and evening shifts. Weekend work is included in the duty roster, corresponding to about 2½ weekends over 6 weeks. The number of hours can be adjusted after further agreement.
