We are seeking a new colleague for our ambitious and energetic team at Gl. Kongevej. In this role you will be the first contact with customers, where you will ensure a sublime customer and rental experience, while you manage to uncover the customer's needs and thus maximize sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handling reservations and rental agreements: Process reservations and prepare rental contracts accurately and professionally.
• Customer experience: You must be able to meet each customer with friendliness, curiosity and respect and offer an exceptional level of service from start to finish.
• Compliance with policies: Follow all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
• Driving: All cars must be brought forward to our customers, and some cars must be delivered or collected around the Copenhagen area. Therefore you must be a skilled and responsible driver.
• Administrative tasks: Assist with other tasks to ensure efficient operation of the department.

What we are looking for

• Desire to develop within sales and customer experiences: If you have previously worked with sales and customer experiences, that is an advantage. However, the most important thing is that these are areas you want to develop in and become more proficient at.
• Strong customer service skills: You must be able to communicate professionally and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
• Targeted approach to sales and performance: A proactive mindset to develop yourself in sales, customer experiences and performance.
• Stability and responsibility: You must be reliable, flexible and able to take independent responsibility for your tasks.
• Mindset over talent: What you have achieved previously is far from the most important. The most important is that you want to learn, develop and become better – and that you understand that development often happens when we dare to move out of our comfort zone.
• Driver's license B: You must at all times be able to present a valid driver's license.
• Language skills: You must master both Danish and English, spoken and written.

Working hours fall within up to one hour before and after the store's opening times. The store is open on weekdays 7:30-17:00 and on weekends 8:00-14:00. You can expect weekend shifts every 2nd or 3rd weekend. Note that we are open every day of the year except January 1.

You will be part of a fixed rota that takes into account staffing needs and employee preferences. In peak seasons and during high demand there may be opportunities for extra shifts if you want more hours.
