Bid Manager for DS Flexhal

We are looking for a Bid Manager for our team of seven skilled colleagues. You report to the Bid Manager and work closely with colleagues across our departments.

What your workday looks like

As Bid Manager at DS Flexhal you will play a central and important role in converting complex tenders into well-structured and competitive bids.

In the position you will have the opportunity to combine your solid building-technical knowledge with your strong coordination skills, and you can look forward to a varied everyday life with exciting challenges and a high degree of independent responsibility.

Your primary tasks

• Prepare precise calculations on turnkey/total-entrust projects.
• Review tender material and identify risks, requirements and interfaces.
• Prepare calculations across disciplines.
• Obtain, evaluate and negotiate prices with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Contribute to project development and alternative solutions that optimize economy and execution.
• Participate in project handovers and evaluation meetings and transfer learning to the next bid.

We work closely across departments and have our own design studio, engineers and structural engineers, which creates an agile daily life with the possibility of quickly arriving at the best solutions together.

Who are you?

We expect you to have a relevant construction-technical background, e.g., as an engineer or construction technician, and several years of experience with bid work and technical advisory. You master Danish and English in writing and speech.
