BIM and ICT Lead - take ownership of our digital standard

Are you an experienced BIM/ICT specialist who wants to set the direction for how we at KI work with models, data and drawing documentation?

About the role

You will be responsible for

• Define and maintain KI’s standards for BIM models and drawing materials.
• Ensure high quality in all delivered models and drawings from start to finish.
• Train our team in best practices and continuously optimize workflows.
• Act as liaison to clients/owners, consultants and contractors regarding digital requirements, ICT agreements and BIM specifications.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement new digital tools/methods.

In short: You set the bar – and ensure that we keep it.

About you

• You have solid experience with BIM and ICT, from the consulting or contractor industry.
• Preferably with an engineering background
• Familiarity with tools such as TEKLA, Revit, AutoCAD, Solibri and Bluebeam (or similar).
• You are structured and detail-oriented, but also pragmatic when required.
• You understand the complexity of large construction projects and can create an overview for others.
• You want to take responsibility and are willing to develop KI’s digital deliverables.
• Experience as a department head, BIM coordinator or competence lead.
