Blacksmith, Sheet Metal and Structural Blacksmith or Riveter Wanted

Sjørring produces, optimizes and delivers products – primarily loading and digging shovel attachments – to the construction industry in both domestic and international markets. We have a clear focus on being the most flexible supplier, combined with high requirements for delivery reliability and quality. We are looking for an engaged and quality-conscious blacksmith, sheet- and structural blacksmith, or riveting smith for our production team to handle a versatile job with various tasks within metalwork. About the job:

The job is varied, and part of the work takes place on fixtures. It is therefore important that you are physically robust and can work at a few steps during the workday. The daily tasks include:

• Blacksmithing work of various kinds
• Attaching and welding as well as fabrication of smaller parts
• Occurs on day or night shift by arrangement
• The work can, in periods, involve overtime

About you

• You are a skilled blacksmith/welder or have relevant professional experience with a good understanding of metalworking
• You have a good memory and are comfortable with mathematics at a reasonable level
• You can work independently, responsibly and in a structured way
• You are quality-conscious and have an eye for detail
• You are good at collaborating, as work is often carried out across multiple shifts
• You may have a forklift certificate, crane license or MAG welding pass. If yes, it is a clear advantage.
