Who are we?

Profilplejecenter Solgården offers around-the-clock care to residents aged 50-80 years with alcohol use and mental health issues who require support, structure and a health-care professional intervention.

We work purposefully with The good everyday life , where health, care and pedagogy go hand in hand. We base our work on the individual citizen's resources, life history and needs and strive for the citizen to experience dignity, coherence and quality of life.

• Wants to work with citizens with mental health issues and alcohol use – experience with the target group is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Works from a caring, health-promoting and rehabilitative approach.
• Sees the person behind the problems and meets the individual citizen with respect, curiosity and recognition.
• Takes the individual citizen's resources, wishes and needs as the starting point.
• Can independently handle basic nursing and health-care tasks.
• Can maintain an overview and act professionally and calmly in acute and complex situations.
• Can document relevant knowledge and health-care measures and wants to contribute to high quality in documentation.
• Is welcoming, reliable and contributes positively to the community.
• Has good collaboration skills and can engage in an equal dialogue with citizens, colleagues, relatives and partners.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the local wage-setting agreement.
