Social and Health Care Assistant sought for our cozy care home in the heart of Aarhus - Care Home Ankersgade 19-23

Are you a professionally skilled and caring social and health assistant who is passionate about helping to create homely coziness and presence for our residents? Then you may be the one we are looking for!

Plejehjemmet Ankersgade 19-23 consists of two houses with 42 lovely residents. Here it is the residents who decide. Therefore you will already at the interview meet one or two residents, as they are part of the hiring panel.

We are located in a beautiful park close to nature and the city. Outdoor life provides mental health and joy of life for our residents and staff.

We work in interdisciplinary teams and need a new competent player on the team. We are looking for a skilled and caring Sosu assistant who can contribute to making our care home a place where residents feel safe, valued and in focus. We are a team that works closely together and prioritizes both professionalism and presence in our work.

Your tasks will include

• Daily care and assistance of the residents
• Documentation in Cura
• Interdisciplinary improvement meetings
• Resident conversations and follow-ups
• Care pathway lead
• Mentor for new colleagues
• Be an active part of activities that create meaning and joy for the residents
• Close collaboration with your colleagues and relatives

Salary and terms of employment
