In Customer Service we are seeking a customer advisor for our VIP Service team in Viby J. Your primary task is to provide world-class customer service to our customers, who are the bank's best private customers, when they contact us either by phone or digitally regarding their daily finances.

Some of your main tasks will be to

• Create financial security.
• Tell about our association benefits, which are unique to the Nykredit group.
• Support our customers in using our self-service solutions.
• Create a need for further business with the Nykredit group.
• Create customer experiences that can be felt.

Is it you we are looking for?

We would like you to

• have drive and focus on delivering good customer experiences,
• love communicating with customers both by phone and in writing,
• see creating happy customers as a natural part of good service,

It is advantageous if you have a background in customer service or the financial sector, e.g. in a similar setup. However, it is not a requirement, as we offer a thorough training program where you gain broad professional knowledge about the Nykredit group’s products, services and the way we communicate with customers.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00, so you should expect weekend and evening shifts to occur. Holidays are closed days.
