Be part of creating good customer experiences

As a private advisor, your most important task is to ensure both existing and new customers the best guidance and customer experience in close collaboration with your colleagues across the bank. You become the customer's trusted advisor and will have the opportunity to follow customers through different life stages and their financial development.

Some of your most important tasks will be

• Advise private customers on housing, investments, pension and daily finances.
• Build good and long-lasting customer relationships through attentive guidance.
• Identify customers' needs and offer relevant solutions across the bank.
• Show unexpected attentiveness and deliver service of exceptional quality.
• Actively contribute to the department's development and results.

Is this you we are looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and professionally skilled colleague who

• enjoys working with a credit-strong and demanding client group,
• have a targeted approach to advisory and thrive with both existing and new customers,
• are a team player with infectious mood and want to contribute to our good community,
• have solid competencies in private finances and experience with holistic customer advisory,
• can keep an overview, even when things move fast.

Additionally you have relevant banking professional experience and education, just as you have control of your certifications and a solid credit craft.
