BørneBiksen is looking for a pedagogue for a one-year fixed-term position, with the possibility of permanent employment.

BørneBiksen in Svendborg is an integrated private institution located in the eastern part of Svendborg. We have space for 17 nursery children and 35 kindergarten children.

We are seeking an engaged and caring pedagogue for our kindergarten, who is passionate about creating safe and developmentally appropriate frames for the middle children in a lively and warm children’s community.

The position

• Position: Pedagogue for the kindergarten
• Working hours: 37 hours per week.
• Start date: 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible
• Workplace: BørneBiksen, Byparken 41, Svendborg.

About you

• Qualified pedagogue with experience or a desire to work with kindergarten children (3-6 years)
• You are present, creative, and have a flair for creating a safe and stimulating everyday life for the children.
• You thrive in close collaboration with colleagues and parents and contribute positively to our community.
• You are engaged in supporting children’s development through play, learning and care.
