In Boligerne Vinkeldamsvej 20-27 live 8 adults with cognitive disabilities, they live in their own homes with access to a common living room and shared kitchen.

Common to the residents is that they need support, guidance and help in various parts of everyday life.

Our goal is to support each individual in living as independently, meaningfully and well a life as possible.

We base ourselves on the residents' inside-perspective, their wishes, experiences and resources.

We work curious and reflective with our pedagogical practice.

We are in professional development

We are in the process of implementing LA2U as a common method and therefore seek a colleague who wants to learn, ask questions and help develop our common practice. You do not need to be an expert, curiosity and engagement are the most important.

We are looking for you who

We are looking either for you who is trained as SSA and wants to work in a pedagogical environment or you who is trained as a pedagogue.

• have an interest in working with adults with cognitive disabilities
• are focused on the residents' inside-perspective and want to base yourself on their resources and wishes
• can take initiative for meaningful pedagogical activities
• contribute actively to a strong and respectful collegial community
• are stable, reliable and see continuity as important for both residents and colleagues
• have good IT skills and see documentation as a natural part of the work
• want to or have experience with professional reflection, knowledge sharing and development

Specifically for SSA applicants we are looking for you who

• Can and will take the primary responsibility for the health professional work but who will also work pedagogically.
• Can contribute with health professional knowledge and experience and who has experience with people with developmental disabilities.
• Are good at engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration and experience group with the other health professional colleagues in SPUC
• Have experience with preparation of nursing-technical assessments and FMK
• Have a desire or experience to be a supervisor for SSA students

We work all days of the week from 7:00 to 21:30, with rotating day/evening and holidays. Currently we have planned weekend work every 3rd weekend, sleeping on-call service may occur a few times a year. A driving license is an advantage

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the relevant trade unions (FOA or SL)

Boligerne Vinkeldamsvej 20-27 belong to the municipal organization Social-pedagogical Development Center (SPUC).

SPUC provides support in accordance with the Social Services Act §83 and §85. Social-pedagogical support and guidance and support in shared living communities, round-the-clock housing and the resting place life, which is a leisure time offer under the Social Services Act §79. The target group is adults with cognitive disabilities. For the tasks we are about 50 employees, organized in self-managing teams.
