Do you want to help shape the future of the efforts for at-risk youths in Hørsholm?

Hørsholm Municipality is seeking a support contact person who wishes to help develop and strengthen the municipality's SKP area for children and young people aged 13-18. This is a developing area where you as an employee will play a central role in both professional development and the concrete work with the young people.

At the same time, Hørsholm Municipality is establishing a youth dormitory, a college-style offer with room for four youths who need close support in the transition to a more independent life. As a support contact person you will play an important role in this offer, where you will be attached to the youths as the ongoing point of contact and contribute to creating well-being, structure and development opportunities in their daily lives.

The work targets children and young people in vulnerable positions who need a stable adult contact and targeted, flexible support. The effort is based on the relationship and should support well-being, participation in communities and positive development.

You will join a close and committed collaboration across disciplines consisting of SSP, SKP, family therapists and integration efforts, as well as ongoing collaboration with Ungeløftet and Hørsholm Municipality's service delivery function in the adult area.

• Can maintain an overview and work systematically in a changing everyday life
• Has an eye for both the individual youth and the systems surrounding the youth

Experience with the target group is an advantage. It is important that you can work independently while also seeing the value in the cross-disciplinary collaboration around the young person.

The position is anchored in the Execution Team in the Children & Adults Department at Hørsholm Municipality. The department is in rapid development, and we believe that through strong relationships, high professionalism and shared responsibility we can create the best solutions for citizens.

Salary and employment terms are determined based on the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented professional experience and your professional and personal qualifications. Shortly before the interview you will receive information about the starting salary in the concrete position, which is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and in accordance with the relevant collective agreement.
