An entire house with room for your professional ambitions

Our children’s house includes both a vuggestue (baby unit), vuggehave (toddler group / middle group) and a kindergarten. We work from a clear thread and a shared annual cycle that binds the whole house together across age groups.

For us, it is crucial that you land in a daily life where your professional engagement can unfold in the best possible way. We therefore match the concrete room and age group with your wishes and competencies.

Don’t be scared! It is not a requirement. The most important for us is your curiosity and willingness to learn. We will take you by the hand, prepare you well and show you the way, so we can explore and develop the NEST-inspired pedagogy together.

• Creates safety and structure that supports the children’s well-being and communities.
• Is curious about the NEST pedagogy and has a desire to learn and develop it together with us.
• Plans and follows up, so activities are adapted to the child’s and the group’s resources.
• Meets children, parents and colleagues with presence, trust and positive energy.
• Reflects on own practice and contributes to professional development and a healthy working environment.

Practical information

The positions are as a rule 37 hours per week. Employment from December 1, 2026 with the possibility of an earlier start.

The collective agreement starting salary for pedagogues is 34,171 DKK per month plus pension.

But with the possibility to negotiate it, based on experience and competencies.

If you have what it takes in terms of education and experience, so that you can eventually start on the merit pedagogue education, you are also very welcome to apply.

Drømmekilden is located at Valby Søndergade 2, and the bus stops right at the door, so it is easy to get to and from work.
