We are a combined residential and activity offering with 32 apartments spread over 4 houses and 20 places in our activity offering. The target group is adults with significant and lasting physical and mental disabilities or with acquired brain injury. Our citizens require help with personal care, activities, communication, socialising with other people around the clock.

At Brande Åbo we base ourselves on the citizens' potentials and resources. We therefore work from the core task: ”We succeed in the area for adults with developmental disabilities when they are given the opportunity for a life with security, meaning and well-being based on individual life conditions and development potential.”

At Brande Åbo we work cross-disciplinary – your colleagues represent several different professional groups.
