We need a building painter for facades, renovation and service in Esbjerg.

You join a painting team of about 5 employees, with tasks ranging from facade maintenance to new builds, renovation and dampers. The work is in both private homes and commercial premises, so you must be able to meet customers properly and leave a piece of work that lasts. The company works broadly with traditional painting, wallpaper, fabrics, plaster, floor painting and specialty tasks, so everyday life is not locked to one type of task.

The role suits you if you want responsibility without having to do everything alone. Some tasks you take on yourself, others are solved with a partner, depending on what makes sense. The company car is part of the package, and the most important thing is that you show up reliably, keep to agreements and speak up if something does not add up.

Everyday: Facade, renovation and service

Your everyday Tasks are planned around facade maintenance, renovation, new builds and ongoing service. You switch between independent tasks and days when you work with a partner, so the agreements and sequence must be fairly tight. When a damper or an extra finish task arises, it’s about raising it clearly and resolving it properly.

You will among other things work with

• Maintains facades and exterior surfaces
• Paints on new builds and delivers neat finish work
• Renovates homes and commercial premises
• Solves dampers and service tasks for customers
• Works with wallpaper, fabrics, plaster or floor paint depending on the task

Here, freedom with responsibility means you get room to plan the work, but are also expected to show up reliably and keep the agreements.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as a building painter, even if only a couple of years
• Are reliable and arrive as agreed
• Can work both alone and with a partner
• Speak properly with customers

It’s an advantage if you have tried facade, renovation or service before. But the most important is that you can take hold and deliver something you can stand by.
