We need a painter for apartments and maintenance in Brøndby Strand.

You land on a larger painting team, where maintenance of apartments fills a lot of daily work. The work is mainly with housing associations, private and commercial, and the locations are in Greater Copenhagen and on Zealand. There is both ordinary interior painting, facades, stairwells and move-in apartments. People stay here, so you land in a team that knows each other.

You get a company car and freedom with responsibility, but the job is still part of a team with other painters around you. Some tasks you solve yourself, others with a partner or apprentice, so the role fits a painter who can take responsibility without being left alone with everything.

What you get Salary: 190-220 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Brøndby Strand, Greater Copenhagen and Zealand

Union agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Everyday: Apartments, service and facade maintenance

Your everyday The day starts with the task that is planned: an apartment that needs to be renovated, a facade that needs maintenance or a damper that needs to be closed neatly. You work with ordinary painting from masking and preparation to the final coat, and you say if the timeline or substrate doesn’t match.

You will among other things work with

• Maintains facades and external surfaces
• Renovates apartments and ordinary home tasks
• Operates dampers and service on smaller painting tasks
• Paints move-in/move-out apartments and refurbishments on turnover
• Works with filler, wallpapering and stairwells

We work with environmentally friendly quality products, and agreements with customers must hold. It gives a everyday where you must paint properly, report clearly if something changes and deliver something you can stand for.

We are looking for you who can check off most boxes You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a building painter
• Have a driver's license
• Can plan your own day
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Speak properly with residents, customers and colleagues

It’s an advantage if you have experience with service, dampers, move-in apartments or facade maintenance. But the most important is that you like a daily routine where you take responsibility.
