About Andel Energi FlexPlatform

FlexPlatform is a central component within energy and system services for balancing the Danish electricity grid. The platform enables gathering flexible electricity consumption and production in real time, so supply and demand can be balanced, and the stability of the electricity grid is supported. The platform is connected to batteries, wind turbines, solar installations, boilers and other types of units. Data plays a central role in optimizing each unit's contribution, while IoT supports integration and coordination across systems.

You will be a key player

You will be part of a team of around 15 people consisting of developers, business analysts, data scientists and external specialists in an agile environment with a solid DevOps approach. You work in the crossroads between customers, market and development, where you translate needs into solutions that support processes and decision-making. You play a central role throughout the process – from initial customer dialogues and clarification of requirements to implementation, testing and documentation of solutions.

At the same time you help further develop the business through process optimization, method development and a focus on creating good customer experiences.

Your main tasks will be to

• Be the link between the sales organization, customers, authorities and developers
• Clarify requirements and expectations and help translate them into solutions, including ensuring documentation and testing
• Facilitate agile ceremonies in a Scrum environment
• Follow up on customers' daily deliveries
• Commissioning of customers including prequalification with Energinet

About you

You thrive in the tension between business, technology and people and manage to create clear communication – even when tasks are complex. You have experience handling stakeholders, both internal and external. As a person you are trust-building and curious in your approach, and you are willing to reach out to others in collaboration. You take responsibility and create progress in your tasks, while being skilled at involving relevant stakeholders and building strong relationships.

In addition we imagine that you have

• Solid experience from similar work related to technical platforms, including requirement specification, testing and documentation
• Relevant higher education
• Well-developed analytical skills and technical understanding
• The ability to translate complex requirements into practical IT solutions
• Experience from working in an agile environment, and with facilitating agile ceremonies
• Knowledge of the energy/flexibility market would be a plus
• Clear and concise communication – both orally and in writing

We will conduct interviews in two rounds. The first interview is with the department head and mainly concerns task solving and professional competencies. In the second interview, you will answer two analyses beforehand: a logical and a behavioral analysis. These form the basis for the dialogue at the interview.
