As a Business Services & Outsourcing intern you choose the direction, and whether you choose BSO or BSO Payroll, both directions will offer a lot of client contact and practical experiences.

From bookkeeping to advisory - you’re with us all the way

As an intern in BSO you gain practical experience with accounting, accounts receivable and payable management, reconciliations, tax and many other core tasks. You will be part of a competent team, where you, together with skilled colleagues, have the opportunity to make a difference for our clients. Here you will be able to exchange experiences and develop your skills within Business Services & Outsourcing.

Become a specialist in payroll - and join the entire advisory journey

As an intern in BSO Payroll you gain insight into payroll processing and payroll administration, including handling of reimbursement requests, payroll reconciliations and submissions to eIndkomst. You become part of an engaged team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are in focus, while you contribute to delivering valuable advice to our clients.

Use your professional expertise in practice

Our next intern is pursuing an education as a financial economist, financial bachelor or financial controller, and is seeking an internship that fits with your studies. In addition, we are looking for capable colleagues who thrive in dialogue with both customers and colleagues, have a flair for numbers and accounting, and are motivated by responsibility. At the same time you work analytically, see opportunities and approach your tasks in a structured manner.

The practical

We accept applications for both spring and autumn semester 2027. Please note that not all of our offices can accommodate interns in the autumn. The internship is 37 hours per week, and start date is adjusted in dialogue with your studies.
