Butcher sought for day shift in Vemmelev (Slagelse)

As a butcher you will be part of an experienced production team where quality, collaboration and efficiency are in focus. Your daily work will primarily take place in the chopping room, but you will also participate in trimming, which provides a varied workday with different tasks.

Job responsibilities

• Work in the chopping room with production and processing of meat
• Butchering and preparation of meat products
• Ensure high quality and compliance with applicable hygiene requirements
• Contribute to an efficient production in collaboration with colleagues
• Participate in other incidental tasks in the production

Professional qualifications

• You are educated as a detail/gourmet butcher
• You have experience with production and portioning/cutting
• You work with quality awareness and have a focus on food safety and hygiene
• You can read and understand Danish

Personal qualifications

• You are reliable and responsible
• You thrive with physical work and a good work pace
• You work well both independently and as part of a team
• You have a positive attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves where there is a need

Special conditions

• Working hours: 6.30-15
• Five days a week
• Fixed workplace in Slagelse
• It is a versatile position with tasks in both the chopping room and the cutting
