Butcher sought for the evening shift in Vemmelev (Slagelse)

As a butcher you will be part of an experienced production team, where quality, collaboration and efficiency are in focus. Your daily work will primarily take place in the mincing room, but you will also participate in trimming, which provides a varied workday with different tasks.

Job duties

• Work in the mincing room with production and processing of meat
• Butchering and preparation of meat products
• Ensure high quality and compliance with applicable hygiene requirements
• Contribute to efficient production in collaboration with colleagues
• Take part in other ad hoc tasks in production

Professional qualifications

• You are trained as a butcher (retail/gourmet butcher)
• You have experience with production and fabrication
• You work with quality consciousness and focus on food safety and hygiene
• You can read and understand Danish

Personal qualifications

• You are reliable and responsible
• You thrive with physical work and a good pace
• You work well both independently and as part of a team
• You have a positive attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves where needed

Special conditions

• Working hours: 14:00-23:00
• Four days a week
• Permanent workplace in Slagelse
• This is a diverse position with tasks in both the mincing room and trimming
