• Has a salesperson hidden inside them, motivated by sales and can deliver a service a little beyond the ordinary
• Can keep an overview and a positive mood when unforeseen challenges walk in through the door, and manage to solve them with common sense. Even if there is a long queue
• Has an interest in preparing food. Because we love it! And we therefore want you to enjoy making the tastiest sandwiches and the best burgers.
• Understands the importance of our customers having the best experience when they visit us. This also includes that the shop, customer toilet and forecourt are clean and tidy.
• Understands the importance of working in a team where everyone depends on and trusts that each does their part. And is sometimes willing to go the extra mile.
