Are you passionate about great service, have a flair for hospitality, and thrive in a daily life filled with happy guests and diverse tasks? Then perhaps you are the person we are looking for to join our team at Helsingør Camping and Hostel.

About the job

As a camping employee you will be an important part of the guests' experience. You will have a varied daily routine with both practical and service-oriented tasks.

Your duties will include

• Hospitality and guest service at the reception and on the site
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Information and guidance for Danish and international guests
• Cleaning of common facilities and cabins
• Operational and technical tasks (minor maintenance, supervision of facilities, etc.)
• Ensure that the site appears inviting and well-maintained

We expect that you

• Have a natural flair for service and hospitality
• Responsible and preferably with handyman knowledge
• Speak Danish and preferably English (German is an advantage, but not a requirement)
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Thrive with both practical and interpersonal tasks
• Are flexible regarding working hours (the work takes place on weekends and during peak seasons)
• Time off primarily in the winter period
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Have a driver's license and knowledge of the town

The position is in accordance with the current collective agreement with the Hall Inspectors’ Association.
