Ishøj Municipality seeks an ambitious maternity leave substitute, who is keen to be involved when digitalisation is translated into concrete solutions in the municipal everyday life.

Whether you come with experience from a similar position or are newly graduated in e.g. IT, digitalisation and/or communication, is secondary. What matters is that you want to join a team where you are expected to give and receive sparring and feedback, and are curious about and interested in developing yourself within digitalisation and project management. You will be supported by the teams experienced project managers in a working environment with room for learning and development.

The role as digitalisation consultant requires good communication skills, receptiveness, curiosity and the ability to collaborate with different professional areas and disciplines. You will become part of the Digitalisation and Information Security team, which consists of 8 dedicated employees. In the team we have close collaboration and ongoing sparring meetings, where we collectively discuss our tasks and projects. Therefore its important that you want to actively contribute to this collaboration.

As a Digitalisation Consultant you will among other things work with

• Support of digitalisation projects
• Communication, both written and oral
• Facilitation of processes and support for change management
• Support of digital transformation in the organisation
• Preparation of memoranda, procedures, process descriptions and other written material
• Facilitation of collaboration, workshops, webinars, knowledge sharing, mv.

• Has an interest in technology and digital solutions
• Is good at navigating in different professional environments
• Has experience with or an interest in project management
• Wants to work in a politically governed organisation
• Is good at collaborating and communicating with different disciplines
• Is proactive and takes initiative and responsibility for their tasks

• You thrive working independently with tasks, but also know when to seek help and sparring from others

About Ishøj Municipality

Organisationally, Ishøj Municipality consists of nine centres, distributed under three directors. IT and Digitalisation are in the Centre for Economy and IT, which reports to the City Manager.

Practical

The position is generally 37 hours and is a maternity leave replacement.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and after negotiation with the trade union based on experience and qualifications.
