Hareskov Børnehus seeks two pedagogues with a desire for kindergarten life, starting 1 January 2027. The positions are 35-37 hours per week.

Hareskov Børnehus comprises three nursery groups and three kindergarten groups and is surrounded by forest, green spaces and opportunities.

We work with play, culture, aesthetics and nature as meaningful elements in the children's everyday lives. We believe that children develop best when they meet present adults, inspiring learning environments and strong communities.

Therefore we work purposefully with Sebastian Damkjær-Ohlsen's approach to pedagogical organization and with Børns Vilkår's care grasp , which supports our shared view of children, relationships and opportunities to participate.

With us, the community is bigger than the classroom. Children and adults work across groups and ages, and we help each other create a daily life where everyone feels that they belong and have meaning.
