So you could be the care worker we are looking for to our professional and safe team.
About us
At Bøgedal there is room for a total of 16 fantastic people, each possessing unique personalities and traits. All residents have developmental disabilities to varying degrees and some also have psychiatric comorb diagnoses that require a little extra care.
With us you become part of our strong and professional team, working from the Gentle Teaching philosophy - neuro-pedagogical and Low Arousal as a method, in a multidisciplinary staff group with occupational therapists, social educators, health and social assistants and care workers.
We take pride in creating safety, care and closeness for our residents.
We are looking for you who are willing to bring safety, warmth and care into the residents' evening and night routines. You will have a high degree of influence on task solving, as you yourself influence the planning of the night’s work, in cooperation with a night shift colleague. The tasks span a wide range; here you can mention personal care, practical tasks and medication handling. Contribute to creating meaningful experiences – both in and outside the house

At Bøgedal you will get
- A workplace where you make a concrete and important difference to residents' quality of life
- A safe and strong multidisciplinary community with dedicated colleagues
- Thorough introduction, training and support in your tasks
- An environment with humor, care and room to develop yourself
