Senior Analyst, Rewards
Do you love turning complex rewards- and people data into clear business insights? And would you like to work at the intersection of Rewards, Finance and People Analytics in an international business?
At Royal Unibrew, we are looking for a Senior Analyst, Rewards to strengthen our global Rewards agenda and bring even more analytical power to how we understand and manage our workforce costs, pay structures and market competitiveness.
This is particularly attractive for an ambitious Rewards professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. It’s a role for someone who enjoys digging into the data, finding the story behind the numbers and turning complexity into insights. You will work across our global markets and collaborate closely with HR, Finance and business stakeholders, providing insights that support both our day-to-day decisions and our longer-term Rewards agenda.
A key part of your role will also be supporting our journey towards increased pay transparency, strengthening our governance and ensuring that our approach is both compliant and practical for the business.
Your key responsibilities
- Drive global FTE, headcount and salary cost analysis, including forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
- Partner with HR and Finance across markets on workforce cost insights and scenario modelling
- Support implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including pay equity and pay gap analysis
- Strengthen governance around job architecture, salary structures and Rewards data
- Conduct salary benchmarking and analyse market competitiveness across countries
- Provide analytical support for salary review processes
- Develop dashboards and management reporting
- Turn complex data into insights and actionable recommendations
What you bring
You may already be operating as a specialist, analyst or rewards partner and be looking for an opportunity where you can further expand your influence, business impact and leadership potential within the Rewards field. You have a strong analytical background from areas such as Rewards, People Analytics, HR, Controlling, Workforce Planning or Finance.
We are looking for experience with
- Workforce cost management and financial analysis
- Data analytics and large datasets
- Pay Transparency and Pay Equity
- Compensation benchmarking and salary structures
- Job architecture and Rewards governance
- Advanced Excel and preferably Power BI
- HR-systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
You are analytical, structured and curious, with strong business acumen. You enjoy getting into the detail, but you also know how to zoom out, identify what matters and communicate it clearly to stakeholders.
Why Royal Unibrew?
We are ambitious, informal and always moving. At Royal Unibrew, you will join an international business with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, where decisions are made close to the business and good ideas can quickly turn into action.
You will be trusted to take ownership, challenge how we do things and make your mark. Expect a fast-paced and down-to-earth environment with high ambitions, great colleagues and plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute and have fun along the way.
At Royal Unibrew, you'll find the industry's most dedicated, energetic, and experienced colleagues. Together, we build the best framework for a job that precisely matches your everyday life and career aspirations.
