Your tasks

As a social and health care assistant at Carelink Pleje you will be an important part of the citizens' everyday life.

Your tasks will include

• To provide holistic care based on the individual citizen's needs.
• To carry out health care tasks and observe changes in the citizens' condition.
• To work rehabilitatively and support citizens in maintaining their independence.
• To ensure relevant documentation and follow-up.
• To collaborate with colleagues and other professional groups on the best possible care.
• To contribute to professional quality, security and well-being for the citizens.
