About the job

We are seeking staff with experience in working with particularly vulnerable children, youths and adults. Your background is in the social, special educational or psychiatric field, and you thrive in relational work with citizens.

The work is varied and tailored to the individual citizen and task. It mainly consists of

• 24-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• Support contact tasks of varying scope

You work either independently or together with a colleague depending on the complexity of the task. You will be part of a team and work closely with colleagues and the coordinator on the educational effort, which is adapted to the citizen's needs and the municipality's assignment.

Our initiatives include, among others

• Autism
• Crime and substance abuse
• Child and adolescent psychiatry as well as self-harm
• Neuropedagogy

You must be able to translate professional goals into concrete pedagogical actions and thrive in a daily life that can be changing. It is important that you can act independently and at the same time know when to involve input from your coordinator or supervisor.

Workplace and employment terms

The positions primarily include around-the-clock shifts, 12-hour shifts and support contact tasks with varying hours. Working hours may include day, evening, night and weekend hours depending on the task.

The positions are full-time on a permanent contract. Task types and working hours may vary depending on the citizen's progression.

• have experience with socially vulnerable children, youths and adults and their families/networks
• have a relevant social, special educational or health professional education
• can work independently and in a structured manner and follow your tasks through to the end
• thrive in a team where the pace is high and we lift together
• are flexible, responsible and have a high degree of empathy
• are mentally robust and can maintain calm and overview in pressured situations
• are strong in observation, documentation and recording
• own a driver's license and a car
• have a clean criminal and child protection record
