Carelink Gruppen – Social & Familie serves municipalities nationwide with interventions including, among others, acute placements, practical pedagogical support at home, support contact work and family treatment.

About the job

We are looking for staff with experience in working with particularly vulnerable children, youths and adults. Your background is in the social, special education or psychiatric field, and you thrive in relational work with the citizens.

The work is varied and tailored to the individual citizen and task. It mainly consists of

• 24-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• Support contact tasks of varying scope

You work either independently or with a colleague depending on the complexity of the task. You will become part of a team and work closely with colleagues and the coordinator on the pedagogical effort, which is adapted to the citizen's needs and the municipality's order.

Our interventions include, among others

• Autism
• Crime and substance abuse
• Child and adolescent psychiatry and self-harm
• Neuropedagogy

You must be able to translate professional goals into concrete pedagogical actions and thrive in a daily life that can be variable. It is important that you can act independently while also knowing when to involve consultation from your coordinator or manager.

Place of work and terms of employment

The positions primarily include 24-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts and support contact tasks with varying hours. Working hours can fall into day, evening, night and weekend shifts depending on the task.

The positions are full-time on a permanent contract. Task types and working hours may vary depending on the citizen's pathway.

• have experience with socially vulnerable children, youths and adults and their families/networks
• have a relevant social, special education or health care qualification
• can work independently and in a structured way and follow your tasks to the end
• thrive in a team where the pace is high and we lift together
• are flexible, responsible and have a high degree of tolerance
• are mentally resilient and can maintain calm and overview in pressurized situations
• are strong in observation, documentation and journaling
• have a driving license and own car
• have a clean criminal and child abuse record
