Are you practically minded, good with your hands and the type who sees what needs to be fixed? Then it might be you we are looking for at Milling Hotel Søpark.

We are seeking a full-time caretaker with start as soon as possible for our hotel in Maribo.

As a caretaker you will be an important part of the daily operation of the hotel. A hotel is used every day, and therefore there is always something that needs maintenance, repair or improvement.

Your tasks

The workday will be varied, and the tasks can include

• General maintenance of the hotel
• Small repairs on rooms and common areas
• Painting work and minor refurbishments
• Assembly and placement of furniture and fixtures
• Checking and ongoing maintenance of technical installations
• Maintenance of outdoor areas
• Contact with contractors when a task requires external help
• Practical tasks that arise in daily hotel operations

We do not expect you to be trained in all trades. The most important is that you have your hands well and truly screwed on , can solve many things yourself and know when to call in a professional.
