Property Service Expert is seeking 2 caretakers

About the position

As a caretaker at Ejendomsservice Eksperten you will become an important part of our team. You will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of our clients' properties and help ensure that they always appear neat, well-maintained and functional.

Your tasks

· Daily supervision of residential and commercial properties.

· Minor maintenance and repair tasks.

· Cleaning of common areas.

· Care of green areas.

· Waste management and tidying up.

· Supervision of technical installations.

· Contact with residents and partners.

· It is an advantage if you have interest and experience in Move-In/Move-Out inspections, but not a requirement

We expect that you

· Have experience as a caretaker, property service technician or from a similar position.

· Are practically oriented and can work independently.

· Are responsible, service-minded and solution-oriented.

· Have a sense of order and take pride in well-executed work.

· Are flexible and reliable/punctual.

· Have a category B driving license.
