Caretaker/Visual Assistant with Trades Experience

Are you practically strong, good with people and can manage your own day? Then we are looking for you!

We are busy and therefore looking for another skilled colleague to our team in the inspections, janitor service and minor handyman tasks .

JN Have- and Janitor Service A/S is an established service company which since the 1990s has solved tasks for cooperative and housing associations, companies as well as larger administration and real estate development companies.

You will become part of an experienced team where days are different, and where you have great freedom to plan and solve your tasks yourself.

Your main tasks

• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
• Minor repairs and pest control tasks for tenants.
• Contact with tenants, customers and property administrators.
• Coordination and follow-up with external tradespeople.
• General janitor and property maintenance tasks.
• Follow-up and documentation of completed tasks via iPad.

Therefore it is important that you both have hands-on skills and enjoy contact with people .

Who are you?

Your educational background is not the most important. You could for example be a craftsman, carpenter, property service technician, janitor or have gained similar experience through your working life.

We particularly emphasize that

• You have good craftsmanship understanding and can solve minor repairs yourself.
• You are independent and can plan your own working day.
• You are structured and can keep track of multiple tasks at once.
• You are solution-oriented and see opportunities rather than problems.
• You are service-minded and good at communicating with both tenants and customers.
• You are reliable, punctual and dutiful.
• You are familiar with using an iPad and common digital systems.
• You have a minimum of driving license B.
• You are proficient in Danish in writing and speaking.
