You land on larger construction projects where carpentry work ties together with planning, collaboration and the other trades on site. The work is located in Varde and the surrounding area, and everyday life can vary between tasks alone, with a partner and in a crew. There are both new builds and renovations on the program, so you will have a role where you must be able to roll up your sleeves and see the project properly through to the end.

Your daily routine On the site you work according to the project's sequence, drawings and the agreements that have been made with the foreman and the other trades. Some tasks you solve yourself, others you take on with a partner or a crew, depending on what makes the most sense. When something doesn't add up, you speak up immediately so the next trade can get to it.

You will among other things be working with

• Working on new builds from shell to finished solutions
• Renovating and remodeling on larger sites
• Installing windows and doors to measure
• Carrying out roofing work when the project requires it
• Coordinating with other trades so the next crew can come in

The motto here is simple: It should be fun to go to work.

It doesn't mean that things always run smoothly. It means that you show up reliably, do solid work and talk to each other if something needs adjusting.

• Have a driver's license
• Preferably have at least 2 years of experience as a carpenter
• Can work alone, with a partner and in a crew
• Are reliable and keep your commitments
