You will land on a team of about 15 employees, where the carpentry and joinery part fills the daily work. The tasks are in both residential and commercial properties, so you will encounter both new builds and finer joinery work. The positions are in Frederikssund and the surrounding area, and the day-to-day can vary between working alone, with a mate and working in teams. There are also apprentices on some tasks, so you need to be able to explain things properly.

Your daily life

On site, the day is about making the sequence fit so the next trade can come in. You take on the carpentry- and joinery tasks that have been agreed on the site, and adjust along the way when goals, finish or sequencing require it. When you have an apprentice with you, you don’t just show what needs to be done, but also why it should be done in that order.

You will, among other things, work with

• Works with new builds in residential and commercial properties
• Solves joinery tasks where the finish must sit
• Installs windows and doors to measurements
• Renovates and rebuilds according to the agreed sequence
• Helps apprentices get set up well with the task

When the day is challenging, it’s important that you speak up in time. It keeps the work proper and makes it easier to maintain the atmosphere that is important here.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes

You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have some experience as a carpenter, preferably at least 1 year
• Can work alone, with a partner and in a crew
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have worked with new builds or joinery before. But the most important thing is that you can take responsibility for your work and show up to the day properly.
