You will become part of a larger setup where the carpentry work ranges from new builds to renovations and smaller tasks. The clients include private homeowners and businesses, so you must be able to meet people properly and deliver work that lasts. The tasks are located around Silkeborg and can also extend into the Central Jutland region. There is an emphasis on clear agreements, so the customer knows what happens, and you know what you are supposed to build after.

The role suits you if you want variety without jumping from random project to random project. You get a company car and work with both larger and smaller carpentry tasks, where attention to detail still matters. A driving license is required because you drive out to the sites.

What you get Salary: 210-230 DKK per hour

Everyday: New builds, renovations, and broad carpentry tasks

Your everyday

The tasks are typically planned in advance, so you know in the morning whether you will be working on a new build, renovation, or a smaller repair. On site, the focus is on sequencing things so the next trade can come in, and the customer can see progress.

You will among other things work with

• Constructing new from raw construction to finished carpentry tasks
• Renovating and refurbishing houses
• Replacing windows and doors
• Working on roofs and roof renovations
• Carpentry for terraces and outdoor wooden work

When a task changes along the way, you speak up in time so the agreements can hold. This is the kind of everyday where good craftsmanship and proper dialogue matter just as much.

We are looking for someone who can check off most boxes

You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We expect that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driving license
• Can work independently at the site
• Speak properly with customers
• Say something if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have worked with both new builds, renovations, roofs, windows, or doors. But the most important is that you show up reliably and take responsibility for what you do.
