Carpenter for roof work and renovation in Randers - 4-day week

Do you want a 4-day week, company car and freedom with responsibility?

We need a carpenter for roofing, renovation and service in Randers.

You will be part of a larger carpentry team, with tasks ranging from roofing to renovation, service and carpentry work. The customers are both private and commercial, and the company also takes on the coordinating role on the construction site when the task requires it. Work is located in Randers and the surrounding area, and you switch between driving yourself, working with a partner and having an apprentice with you.

This is for you who want responsibility without being left to yourself. You get freedom with responsibility, a company car and a week that is generally set to four long days. When there is service or grain shutters, you solve it properly and speak up if something doesn’t add up.

What you get Salary: 185-200 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Area of work: Randers and surrounding area

Flexibility: 4-day week, 6-16:15

Trade agreement: Employed under current collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term roles.

Everyday: Roofing, renovation, service and carpentry

Your everyday

On roofing and renovation tasks you follow the agreed sequence, so the next trades can come in. Service and shutters are closed progressively when there are smaller things that need to be fixed, adapted or finished. Carpentry work requires that the finish sits, and that you don’t hand in half-done work.

You will among other things work with

• Working on new builds in residential and commercial
• Renovating homes and commercial properties
• Carpentry work
• Taking on service and shutter tasks
• Working with roofing work

When a task changes on site, you speak up in time so the customer and the other trades know where they stand. It suits you who can work freely without breaking agreements.

We’re looking for someone who can mark off most things

You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We anticipate that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driver’s license
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your appointments
• Are comfortable with both roofing, renovation, service and carpentry
• Show up reliably and speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s a plus if you’ve tried switching between service, shutters and larger tasks. But the most important is that you take responsibility and work properly.
