Carpenter for roofing work and interior work in Varde

Are you a carpenter and tired of repetitive plaster work?

We need a carpenter for roofing, renovation and carpentry work in Varde.

You will join a larger carpentry team where in-house production counts and tasks span a wide range. Here, carpentry work is part of turnkey and main contracts, where new build, extension and renovation fill the workload. The positions are in Varde and the surrounding area, and for longer distances transportation will be coordinated so that everyday life fits together better.

The role suits you if you want breadth in the trade and to be close to the finished result. You often work in pairs or crews, and if two people work well together, you try to keep them together. A driving license is necessary because you may have to show up at the construction site yourself.

What you get

Salary: 190-240 DKK per hour

Work area: Varde and surroundings

Agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Your daily life

The day follows the site and the project you are assigned to. Tasks change with the construction, from interior work and paneling to roofing and renovation. When something needs coordinating, you take the sequence with your partner or crew so the other trades can get in.

You will, among other things, work with

• Works on new builds
• Solves renovation tasks in apartments and larger buildings
• Carries out carpentry work and interior details
• Handles dampers and service tasks as needed
• Works with roofing, rafters and roofing elements

There is room to develop professionally when tasks require new skills. And because the work spans a broad range, you must be ready for both the nice carpentry details and the heavy days with roofing.

You don't need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Have solid experience as a carpenter, preferably five years or more
• Can work in pairs and crews
• Arrives reliably and gets to work when the day calls for it
• Is willing to work with both contracting, service and dampers

It’s an advantage if you have tried your hand at roofing, paneling, plasterboard or renovation. But the most important thing is that you enjoy carpentry work that spans a wide range.
