You will join a small, tightly knit carpentry team where tasks span a wide range. Here there are new builds, renovations, service, dampers and roof work, so you get a day with several types of tasks in your hands. The work is around Tune, and you rotate between driving alone, working with a partner and joining a crew. The culture is close to everyday life, and the camaraderie among colleagues matters.

This is for you who have tried a bit of everything and don’t need the basics of the trade explained. You get a company car, stable frameworks and a foreman who is described as decent. At the same time, you will be part of a small team where people know each other and expect commitments to be kept.

Everyday: New builds, renovations, service and roof work

Your everyday Some days are planned as service or dampers, other days involve longer projects with renovations, new builds or roofing. When you drive alone, you must keep track of the appointments yourself, and when you work with a partner or crew, it’s about making the sequence work so the next trade can come in.

Among other things you will be working with

• Performs new builds, renovations and conversions
• Handles service and dampers for customers
• Works with roof work
• Installs windows and doors to measurements
• Performs insulation and vapor barrier

If something doesn’t fit on site, you speak up in time. Here, integrity and good camaraderie are highly valued, so problems are addressed before they grow.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes You don’t have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We expect that you

• Have at least 10 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driving license
• Can work alone, with a partner and in a crew
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Speak properly with both customers and colleagues

It’s an advantage if you have tried both new builds, renovations, service and roof work. But the most important thing is that you can take responsibility and deliver solid work.
