Carpenter for wood production and carpentry work in Hirtshals

Do you want freedom with responsibility, timber production and proper craftsmanship?

We are looking for a carpenter for joinery work in Hirtshals.

You will become part of a larger timber production, where the craft is about wood, fitting and construction parts for building. Here the everyday life is closer to the workshop and production than to a classic construction site. The tasks range from joinery work to working with wooden elements, and you will take a role where both precision and pace matter. It is a place with many colleagues around you, but where you still have room to take responsibility for your own work.

You work both independently and together with a partner, depending on what the task requires. Freedom with responsibility is part of everyday life, so you must be able to take action without someone standing and pointing all the time. People stay here, so you land in a team that knows each other.

What you get Salary: 170-190 kr. per hour

Work area: Hirtshals and surroundings

Colleagues: Approximately 95 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under current collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: Timber production, joinery work and partnership

Your everyday

The tasks are planned work in production, where you work with wooden members that must be properly fitted before they move on. You use your carpentry skills to make measurements, joints and finish sit correctly. When a task requires extra hands, you coordinate with the partner before you start.

You will, among other things, work with

• Carry out joinery work in wood
• Adjust wooden members according to measurements
• Work with construction parts in wood
• Ensure that finish and joints are ready for the next step
• Help with tasks where an extra hand is needed

When a measurement or a joint does not fit, you speak up before the piece moves on. That is how freedom with responsibility works here.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes

You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a carpenter or with joinery
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Are stable and meet as agreed
• Can collaborate with a partner when the task requires it
• Deliver nothing half-done

It is an advantage if you have experience from production or working with wooden elements. But the most important is that you enjoy a daily life where good work can be felt in what you hand on.
