Then it may be you we are looking for!

🔨 A versatile position with responsibility and influence

We are looking for an experienced carpenter foreman for a company in Horsens, where you will have a central role in ensuring that tasks are calculated, planned, and executed properly.

The position is mainly administrative and planning, but you should also be ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute with your professional hands on the sites when needed.

Your daily routine will roughly be distributed as follows

• 85% - Planning and calculation: You prepare offers, take measurements at customers, calculate material consumption and plan upcoming tasks.
• 15% - Practical carpentry work: You participate in the work on construction sites yourself and contribute with your experience when tasks need to be solved.

In other words, you will be the link between customer wishes, practical solutions, and good planning.

👷 Who are you?

We imagine that you are an experienced carpenter with solid professional ballast and would like to use your skills in a somewhat different way than before.

You are the type who

• Has a solid grip on the carpentry trade and knows what is needed to solve tasks properly.
• Can take responsibility and work independently without needing to be held by the hand.
• Has a sense for cost estimation, measurements, and material consumption - or is willing to take responsibility for it.
• Can plan tasks, prioritize time, and maintain an overview.
• Has a natural understanding of economy, quality, and good customer service.
• DAres to make decisions and follows through with tasks to completion.

The most important is not whether you have previously held the title of foreman or master. The most important is that you have the experience, overview, and desire to take responsibility.

If you know Horsens and the local area well, that is a plus.

💰 What do you get?

• An hourly wage of around 225 DKK
• A versatile position with great variation between planning and practical work.
• Opportunity to take on more responsibility and make your mark on everyday work.
• Opportunity for permanent employment after a mutually agreed probation period.
• Start as soon as possible.
