About the job

Do you have an interest in administrative law?

And are you keen to combine your interest with concrete case handling? Then we have an exciting job for you!

We imagine that you are - or have been - in the midst of a longer education as law, social work or similar and thereby have a basic knowledge of the Administrative Act, but currently for example have a study break or only a few courses, such that you can undertake a full-time job alongside your studies.

As an employee you will get a job in a dynamic, strong professional and social environment, where we place great emphasis on quality, efficiency and learning. You will become part of an already established team consisting of 12 law students in the Family Court (Familieretshuset).

Your tasks will consist of supporting the case handling by mainly making decisions on access to documents. You will solve tasks for case workers in all divisions of the Family Court, and your tasks will continuously be able to develop. The work provides practical experience, and you will gain a good insight into the work in a public authority, including the opportunity to gain insight into the family law system and the guardianship area.

About you

We imagine that you

  • can switch between independent work and collaboration with others
  • work efficiently and structured
  • have a flair for the use of IT systems
  • are quality-conscious and thorough in your work
  • are not afraid to ask if you are in doubt – and dare to act if you are not.
  • thrive in social settings, value good collegiality highly, and are a good team player
