About the job
Do you thrive on short case processes and enjoy finishing tasks? Do you have an eye for detail and tax knowledge, and at the same time want to help shape the future of task solving? Then you may be our new colleague in Citizens 6 – Error Lists and Reopenings.
Welcome to Citizens 6 – Error Lists and Reopenings
We are getting ready to set the team for the future in our error list area. The area today consists of seven experienced colleagues with extensive professional knowledge. In the coming years we face a generational shift, and therefore we are looking for two new colleagues who want to learn, take responsibility and bring new perspectives into play.
With us you not only get a place on the team. You also get the opportunity to influence how we solve the tasks going forward.
Do you like cases that move things forward?
In the error list area, we are responsible for ensuring that citizens' annual tax statements are corrected and released. An example of an error could be deciding whether new submissions from, for example, an employer or Udbetaling Danmark are correct, whether the large surplus tax can be paid out, or whether the deadline rules are complied with. The task requires both attention to detail, system understanding and tax knowledge.
Our daily life is characterized by many cases with short turnaround times. You should therefore enjoy getting things done, and at the same time be curious when new professional issues arise.
You will among other things work with error corrections, citizen contact, and preparation of decisions. The tasks require that you thrive in the authority role and enjoy working with both written communication, rules and data.
At the same time we are curious about how we can use data, digital solutions and automation to make our work smarter. We do not expect you to develop automations, but we hope you are the type who spots the opportunity and thinks: Could we do this in another and more efficient way?
Is it you we are looking for?
We are looking for you who thrives on classical case handling, but who also has a sense of how we can make things even better.
We imagine that you
- Have a sense for details, and can work independently and in a structured way.
- Are quick to grasp new material, and translate your knowledge into concrete solutions.
- Are strong in written communication and enjoy citizen contact.
- Thrive in the authority role, and enjoy working with professional assessments and decisions.
- Want to learn from experienced colleagues, and in time share your knowledge with others.
- See opportunities in data, digitization and automation, and want to help translate ideas into smarter workflows.
We dream that you are strong in Excel and perhaps already know Business Objects, but it is not a requirement.
You do not need tax knowledge from the start. The most important is that you have the desire and ability to learn. We ensure you are well prepared through training, sparring and relevant education.
Be part of shaping the new team
You will become part of an experienced team where we gladly share our knowledge, but also are open to new ideas.
We are facing an exciting development, and we would like you to help shape it. It’s about continuing the existing expertise and finding new and smarter ways to solve the tasks.
For one of our new colleagues there is also the possibility in time to try the role of professional facilitator, where you will have a special role in professional sparring, knowledge sharing, and development of the task solution.
We do not necessarily seek two identical profiles. Maybe you come with experience, maybe you come with curiosity and new perspectives. Both have value for us.
Contact and employment terms
If the profile fits you, and you want to expand your professional experience, please send your application, CV and exam papers no later than 22 November 2026 via the link "Apply for the position".
