Rosenvænget is located in scenic surroundings close to Skovbakken with direct access to green areas. Nature is therefore a natural part of daily life for both residents and staff. The care centre consists of four living units and 32 elderly apartments with a call system available.

Rosenvænget is a large house, and we place great emphasis on being one united house, where cooperation, community and helpfulness shape everyday life. We help each other across living units and professional groups, share knowledge and tackle tasks together. Your tasks as center nurse

As a center nurse you will play a central role in ensuring high quality in the nursing care and act as a professional sparring partner for your colleagues. The working hours are generally on weekdays during daytime, but evening shifts may occur as needed.

Your tasks will include

• Ensure high quality and professional development in nursing
• Contribute to competence development, guidance and follow-up of colleagues
• Carry out both basic and complex nursing tasks
• Work closely with residents, relatives, colleagues and external partners
• Perform triage, nursing assessments and ongoing follow-up
• Provide professional sparring and daily support to staff
• Ensure correct and thorough documentation
• Manage adverse events (UTH), follow up on them and support learning in the organization
• Contribute to the development of professional quality across the house
