About the job

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will have overall responsibility for the finance and administration area and shall ensure robust, timely and business-oriented governance of Sintex.

You report to the Managing Director (MD) and become a central part of the leadership team, which also includes the Sales Director and the Operations Director. You will be the MD’s close sparring partner and must both ensure stable operations and contribute to the development of a modern, scalable and digital finance function.

Your tasks will include

• Leadership and development of the overall finance and administration function, where it is about both driving and coordinating tasks in the team and creating overview
• To ensure correct and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to Sintex and Grundfos
• To drive budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management and follow-up on KPIs
• To translate financial and operational data into clear analyses, explanations of causes and concrete improvement proposals
• To challenge and support managers on performance, priorities, business cases and investments
• To optimize, standardize, digitalize and automate processes, workflows and data foundations
• To ensure governance, internal control and compliance with legislation, accounting principles and relevant group requirements
• To take the lead oneself and be hands-on in tasks where attention to detail is demanding

You will be responsible for a broad area where leadership, financial precision, commercial understanding and practical execution are crucial for success

Leadership task and the team

You will lead a team of five skilled employees. The team has strong competencies, a strong attention to detail and a high degree of responsibility in task execution. They need a leader who can create direction, provide qualified sparring and contribute with the professional knowledge needed to help with daily challenges. The role is therefore about bringing the team together, supporting each employee and collectively lifting the finance function so it more clearly contributes to the business development and decision-making power.

About you

You have a relevant advanced financial education, e.g. cand.merc., HD(R), HA or equivalent, and experience from a broad finance leadership role.

You have solid accounting understanding and proven experience with monthly reporting, annual accounts, auditor collaboration, controlling and business-supporting analyses.

Experience from a manufacturing company, process optimization and digitalization is an advantage. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations would also be an advantage.
