Sales and Estimating Department

Here they work continuously with our customers and assist them in connection with bids to the client. We prioritize close collaborations with our customers - it is the road to optimal solutions. Therefore we invite our customers to effective, value-creating partnerships. Close collaborations with mutual respect and a deep understanding of each other’s businesses and competencies increase the quality of the customers' projects. BIM Department, Taastrup or Aalborg

In the BIM department they are the front runners with implementing BIM at Spæncom - from bids, over project development to production. For example, they work on simulation of bid cases with 3D, 4D, and 5D.

They also work with registration and calculation of bid projects and in that context clarify and specify the project information with the customer and external partners. They thus contribute to a relationship with our collaborators. We work with BIM tools, and therefore the employees are an important piece in optimizing workflows with these tools, so we ensure high quality and precision in the registration. In addition they contribute to further development of sales tools, so the use of BIM is increased and optimized.

Design Department, Aalborg or Kolding

In the design department they work with drawing and modeling of concrete elements. In addition they examine the incoming projects and seek necessary information from external consultants. You generate production drawings from 3D models and perform collision checks in 3D. A fixed part of daily life is also element geometry, numbering plans, placement and geometry of reinforcement, placement of various embedded parts and distribution of elements across delivery sections.

Finally they ensure that various internal and external standards and guidelines are followed and contribute to ensuring that schedules/production plans are adhered to.

Project Department

In the project department sit our project managers who manage the projects from contract signing to delivery of the finished shell. Our project managers are responsible for concrete projects in the order of 10-100 million DKK and consisting of own production of concrete elements, design and installation. They are responsible for the project process – with regard to schedule, quality and economy. They handle all communication with both internal and external relations.

The communication includes contact with the construction site, the customer, advisors and authorities. They help assemble the optimal project teams – with relevant internal and external stakeholders. As a project manager they thus support good collaboration with other departments across Spæncom's organization.

Montage Department

In the montage department the installation manager and his team are responsible for carrying out the montage projects as optimally as possible in relation to customer expectations, use of resources and the project's economy. They are also responsible for ensuring that all safety procedures are followed, that the quality is top, and that cooperation with internal and external suppliers runs smoothly. Quality control must be carried out, deburr elements, procurement of various materials and much more.
