Claims advisor with experience in the automotive industry

Are you our new key function in the claims process? Do you thrive in a job where you must deliver high customer service and ensure quality work? Then you might be our new claims advisor in Kolding.

As a claims advisor you have an important role in the interaction between our bodyshops and customers. You are responsible for coordinating and planning the tasks for our skilled bodyworkers and apprentices, so that we together ensure optimal workshop operation and daily well-being.

We are a larger claims center, where you become part of a team of 10 people, all working together to create the best experience for our customers. In our Kolding department we are gathered over 100 employees, where we regularly host social events.

Your tasks will include

• Expedition and advising customers in the claims center and over the phone
• Planning of the workday in the workshop
• Invoicing and claims registration
• Assessment of damages and dialogue with the appraiser
• Valuation

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are motivated by customer contact, have a smile on your face and thrive being at the center of the operation when the day is planned and customers are advised. It is important for us that you have experience from the automotive industry; this can be from a similar position, such as working foreman either from a claims workshop or a mechanical workshop.

• Have experience from the industry, and be familiar with the different processes and structures
• Care about giving the customer the best service
• Be responsible and like to create results
• Work structured and be good at planning
• Know Dracar – but this is not a requirement
