The Establishment and Terrain Command delivers and develops the physical framework for the military operational units and the other authorities under the Ministry of Defence. It covers everything from maintenance of buildings and areas, sleeping quarters for the soldiers, desks for offices, meals in the canteens and cleaning.

About the area

The Tirstrup Depot area is undergoing a major transformation and within a short number of years will offer many jobs. Air Defence Wing is building a new unit in temporary facilities until the permanent new building is completed. ETK-Partner element Tirstrup is also under construction and will grow significantly in the coming years.

About the position

The daily cleaning will consist of many different tasks at two different locations in East Jutland, primarily Tirstrup (Tirstrup and Dråby) and will take place according to a detailed plan. It is therefore important that you are flexible, can work independently and have a strong service mindset. You will also be involved in planning the tasks within your own area, but also assist in building a completely new element from the ground up.

You should thus expect and be able to thrive in a varied everyday with a wide range of collaboration interfaces and tasks, which includes close dialogue with local users and colleagues

You will become part of a small Partner element under construction consisting of 5 employees.

About you

We imagine that you have a professional education in cleaning and industrial cleaning. Not required, but an advantage.

As a person you contribute with your good humor, and are primarily a good colleague, adaptable who values good cooperation with your colleagues and contributes easily to the community.

• You are used to using IT tools and email systems.
• You express yourself well in Danish, both in writing and speaking.
• You easily get along with other people with humor and a good mood.
• You must hold a valid driving license for category B and maintain it throughout the entire employment process.

Your tasks will be to

• Carry out the tasks according to the customer's wishes efficiently and professionally.
• Plan and coordinate your own daily cleaning.
• Be visible to your customers.
• Ensure the high quality to the customer you are in daily contact with.
• Perform commercial cleaning according to INSTA 800
• Perform room cleaning
• Perform cleaning in temporary facilities
• Order cleaning supplies etc.

Terms of employment

The appointment is made in accordance with the current General Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organizations – The Public Sector (OAO-S General Collective Agreement) and the Organizational Agreement for cleaning assistants, sanitors, skilled workers and certain vocational trainees, etc. in the state, etc. (3F).

Depending on your qualifications and competencies, there is an option for negotiation of supplements. There is an employer-funded pension scheme linked to the position.

The workplace is in Tirstrup

As an employee within the Ministry of Defence area you are subject to certain special conditions. You must, among other things, be security cleared and maintain the security clearance throughout the employment.

You as an employee have a duty to serve outside the country, including at units in international operations with a view to participation in conflict prevention, peacekeeping, peace-building, humanitarian and other similar operations.

The Establishment and Terrain Command (ETK) supports and services military and civilian authorities under the Ministry of Defence. Our task is to deliver and develop attractive physical frameworks necessary for their daily work.

We build new, maintain, operate canteens and clean at service locations across the country.
