Kridthuset is seeking a new leader with an eye for children, staff and community

The Kridthuset leader has resigned, and we are therefore seeking a new leader as of January 1, 2027. We are looking for you who are present in everyday life and will create direction and development together with the staff. Our shared view of children and the work with children's well-being, development and participation in communities is the focal point.

About Kridthuset

We are an age-integrated institution in Løgstør with fine, exciting and up-to-date facilities indoors and outdoors.

We are normed for 18 toddlers and 78 kindergarten children and currently have vacant places. We are about 14 staff members distributed across full-time and part-time positions.

Kridthuset seeks a new leader

• There is an educated pedagogue and wishes to be the leader. It is expected that you have a diploma in leadership or are willing to take it.
• There is a close and visible leader near the staff, the children and the pedagogical practice. You have an eye for everyday life in the house and see the value in actively participating in the pedagogical practice to a lesser extent.
• You create overview, ensure structure and operation (meeting plans, vacation planning, financial follow-up, adaptation to the number of children)
• You have a strong pedagogical professionalism – preferably familiarity with ICDP, KIDS and Strong Inclusive Communities – and can build on the pedagogical quality and clear professional direction that the house already contains.
• You weigh the working environment and well-being – understand the connection between employees' well-being, the organization of work and the quality of the core task. You can involve the staff and create followers
• You have competencies and the desire to strengthen and support the strong and honest parental collaboration that exists today, and see the parents as partners. You see Kridthuset as an important part of the surrounding local community, where there is constructive and positive collaboration with the town's day-care workers and the town's other kindergarten as well as the school

Salary and employment terms

According to applicable collective agreement and pre-agreements.

Start 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.
